Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation information for KMayer Exposure Lens AI Professional software subscriptions and digital reports processed through Paddle.

Effective date: 14 July 2026

1. Merchant of record

Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for purchases completed through Paddle Checkout. Paddle processes the payment, applicable taxes, receipt and eligible refund.

2. Digital software purchase

KMayer Exposure Lens AI Professional is a self-service digital software product delivered online for €349 per month (EUR). It is one recurring monthly subscription with no free trial and automatically renews monthly until cancelled. Paddle may also process eligible KMayer digital report purchases when they are expressly offered through Paddle.

3. Refund eligibility

Refund eligibility for software access and digital reports is assessed under Paddle's current Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request. Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.

Paddle's current Refund Policy and Buyer Terms govern the transaction. Where local law or Paddle provides greater rights, those rights apply.

4. Subscription cancellation

KMayer Exposure Lens AI Professional renews monthly until cancelled. Customers may cancel future renewal through the Paddle customer portal or Paddle Buyer Support. Access for an already paid billing period is handled according to the applicable order terms, Paddle controls, and mandatory law.

5. Taxes and VAT

Paddle calculates applicable tax or VAT from the billing country and valid business tax information entered during checkout. The final tax amount and total are displayed before payment.

6. Technical defects

If a verified payment completes but the software or a purchased digital report cannot be accessed because of a material technical defect, contact KMayer first so we can restore access or investigate the delivery issue.

7. How to request a refund

Use the transaction receipt or visit Paddle Buyer Support to submit a refund request. Paddle reviews eligibility and, when approved, returns funds to the original payment method where possible.

10. Updates

This page may be updated to reflect changes to the product, Paddle's terms or applicable law. The terms in effect at the time of purchase remain relevant to that transaction.
