1. Seller and payment processor
KMayer Ltd, European Trade Centre, 7th Kilometer Business District, 1784 Sofia, Bulgaria, is the seller and service provider unless the order confirmation identifies another KMayer contracting entity. PayPal securely processes payment. PayPal is not the seller or merchant of record for these direct KMayer purchases.
2. Available purchase types
The Full SEO, AEO & GEO Audit Report is a £299 GBP one-time purchase for one eligible public domain. Complete Remediation is a £2,990 GBP one-time scoped program. The annual optimization retainer is either 12 monthly payments of £1,500 GBP, a total commitment of £18,000 GBP, or a £15,300 GBP one-time annual prepayment with no automatic renewal. Software Subscriptions, including KMayer Exposure Lens AI, are Annual Committed Subscriptions. The applicable Order Form may provide for annual prepayment or 12 monthly instalments under one annual commitment.
3. Refund eligibility
If a report cancellation request is received before the paid report is made available, KMayer will normally approve a full refund. After a digital report has been delivered or accessed, a refund may be limited unless the report is materially defective, not as described, or applicable law requires otherwise.
For remediation and retainer services, a request made before work begins may qualify for a full refund. After work begins, KMayer may refund or credit the undelivered portion after accounting for work already completed and disclosed third-party costs already committed for the order.
4. Retainer cancellation
The monthly retainer has 12 scheduled monthly billing cycles and does not continue beyond those 12 cycles unless a new agreement is accepted. Contact KMayer before the next scheduled PayPal payment if you need to request cancellation. We will confirm the effective date and any remaining contractual obligation. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed service period. The annual prepay does not renew automatically.
5. Subscription cancellation and refund terms
KMayer Exposure Lens AI
KMayer Exposure Lens AI Software Subscriptions are Annual Committed Subscriptions. The applicable Order Form may provide for annual prepayment or 12 monthly instalments under one annual commitment.
A Termination for Convenience request requires at least 90 days' written notice. It does not create a refund right, and all Remaining Committed Fees for the annual commitment remain due. An Opt-Out of Auto-Renewal must be submitted between 60 and 30 days before the end of the current term and applies only to the next term.
Cancelling an Automatic Payment in PayPal does not by itself terminate the Subscription Agreement. PayPal is the payment processor and is not the merchant of record. Contract termination, service entitlement and PayPal payment authorization are separate.
Termination for Cause is subject to an approved material-breach basis, the applicable Cure process unless the breach cannot be cured, and KMayer approval. A pro-rata refund may apply only after an approved Termination for Cause and only to a prepaid period that will not be delivered.
True-Up and changes to Licensed Asset Capacity are not charged automatically. They require the review and approvals stated in the Subscription Agreement and Order Form. Nothing in this summary limits mandatory statutory rights. The full commercial terms remain in the Subscription Agreement and Order Form issued for the purchase. See the public Exposure Lens AI licensing summary and Terms and Conditions.
6. Digital delivery and statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal or cooling-off right, it remains available unless the legally required express request for immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of any resulting loss of that right were captured before delivery.
7. Currency, tax and payment details
Prices are shown in GBP. KMayer determines any applicable tax and invoice treatment from validated billing details and applicable law. PayPal or the customer's funding provider may apply currency conversion or other payment terms, which can affect the amount shown in another currency.
8. Technical defects
If a verified PayPal payment completes but a paid report cannot be accessed, or a purchased service cannot begin, because of a material KMayer technical defect, contact us so we can restore delivery, provide a corrected outcome, or assess an appropriate refund.
9. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the PayPal transaction ID, purchase email, audited domain or service ordered, and the reason for the request. Do not send card, bank or PayPal credentials by email. KMayer will review the request against the delivery state, order terms and mandatory law.
10. Refund method and disputes
An approved refund is sent through PayPal to the original payment method where possible. PayPal and the funding provider control when the credit becomes available. Customers may also use the PayPal Resolution Center; contacting KMayer first can often resolve access or delivery issues more quickly and does not remove any mandatory right.
11. External terms and updates
PayPal's payment, dispute and buyer-protection terms may apply separately to the payment account and eligible transaction. Review the PayPal Legal Hub for the current terms. This page may be updated when the offers, payment process or applicable law changes; the order terms and mandatory rights applicable at the time of purchase remain relevant.
